The Tennessee Utilities Division assists the Commission in establishing and implementing policy regarding Tennessee’s gas, water, sewer, waste water, and electric, companies to result in fair and responsible regulation for all utility companies and consumers in the state. When billing tenants using Submetering and RUBs Local rules and regulations may apply so please check with utility providers to ensure that there are no rules in which prohibit these programs.
