Project Goals
Brentwood North located in Springfield, MO use one main utility water meter to supply the utilities to the commercial property. The customer wanted to bill back the water utility costs to each tenant based on how much they individually consume. The request was for a remotely accessible, wireless sub-metering system to meter the water usage for each retail unit.

Schedule

Result
This commercial project required water metering system for 11 units. Water meters were sized for specific water lines in each unit. Tehama Max range wireless meter reading system was installed so that no repeaters were required. Submeter solutions has gone on to provide an additional commercial project with this group.
