Project Goals
B360 located in Medina, NY uses one main utility natural gas meter to supply the utilities to the commercial property. The customer wanted to bill back the gas utility costs to each tenant based on how much they individually consume. The request was for a remotely accessible, wireless sub-metering system to meter the gas usage for each commercial space.

Result
This project is for a 3 unit commercial property in Medina NY commercial sized gas meters monitoring up to 1,500,000 BTU/hr capacity. This project was a good fit for Submeter Solution’s NoWire wireless meter reading system. Customer can obtain meter reads via web based MeterData software and receive alerts for leaks, low battery, or Non Advancing meters via email.
