Project Goals
Adie Garden Apartments located in Saint Louis, MO uses one main utility water meter to supply the utilities to the building. The customer wanted to bill back the water utility costs to each tenant based on how much they individually consume. The request was for a remotely accessible, wireless sub-metering system to meter the water usage for each apartment unit.

Result
32 unit retrofit water metering project was a good fit for Submeter Solution’s NoWire wireless meter reading system. Customer can obtain meter reads via web based MeterData software and receive alerts for leaks, low battery, or Non Advancing meters via email.
