Project Goals
Madison Apartments located in Lakewood, NJ use one main utility water meter to supply the utilities to the building. The customer wanted to bill back the water utility costs to each tenant based on how much they individually consume. The request was for a remotely accessible, wireless sub-metering system to meter the water usage for each apartment unit.

Result
New construction apartment with water metering system for 110 units. Tehama wireless meter reading system provided quality features at great value. Residents are now billed for their actual water usage based on data from metering system.
