Project Goals
Boathouse Landing located in Ithaca, NY required one main utility water meter to supply the utilities to the building. The customer wanted to bill back the water utility costs to each tenant based on how much they individually consume. The request was for a remotely accessible, wireless sub-metering system to meter the water usage for each apartment unit.

Result
This new construction project to monitor water usage at 16 units was a great fit for Submeter Solution’s NoWire wireless meter reading system. Customer is able to monitor meter usage using free web-based MeterData software and receive alerts for leakage or non-advancing meters via email.
